Stacey has been a part of the McKnight Signature Dental team for over six years. She took a hiatus and has been back on site since 2017, jumping in to help our patients without missing a beat. She feels that our patients are like family, loves building relationships with them, and helping them put their best smile forward!
A native of California, Stacey grew up in Leavenworth and is now happily settled in Olathe.
When away from the dental office, Stacey spends plenty of time with family. She also works in a local dog rescue and has two dogs at home. She is married to her husband Paul, and together they have three beautiful daughters. They love to check out the local KC events for family fun.
Carol has worked with Dr. McKnight since 2010 and loves the people she interacts with each day. Both the patients who trust us with their smiles and our team have become like family to Carol. Being a part of a close-knit dental practice gives patients confidence and reassurance that they will also be well cared for.
A native of Hutchinson, KS, Carol attended Eaton Technical Institute in Federal Way, WA, graduating in 1995. The bulk of her experience comes from working with incredibly skilled dentists over the last 20 years.
Twenty-five years ago, Carol met and married her best friend, Anthony. They have two wonderful children, Katelynn and Noah, who keep them busy. Carol has two beautiful grandchildren to fill her days with joy.
When away from the dental office, Carol is usually spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandson. She recently went back to school herself, so she spends a lot of time studying and reading.
Carol’s creative side is expressed through gardening and decorating.
Originally from West Islip, New York, Michele is one of the newest members of our team. As one of our skilled dental assistants, Michele has settled into her role beautifully, helping patients have a positive experience and assisting our dentists in all types of procedures.
Michele says her favorite part of her job is working with patients in such a hands-on role. She is a people person and enjoys a friendly chat and getting to know each patient that walks through our door. She also appreciates being part of a team who provides patients with the highest level of care and can still have silly moments together that makes her job fun.

Mindy has been a Kansas girl all of her life. She was born in Wichita and raised in Olathe. Mindy began her education at Johnson County Community College and earned an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and went on to the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry Division of Dental Hygiene where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2006.
Mindy believes in focusing on prevention rather than treatment. Dental hygiene provides the opportunity to make small changes in someone’s routine that can have significant lasting improvements in patients’ oral and overall health.
Her favorite part of working at McKnight Signature Dental is building long-term relationships with our patients and the ability to work in the same practice for so many years. Her commitment stems from the dedication of our entire team to help patients feel completely comfortable and exceed their expectations.
When she is away from the dental office, you will most often find Mindy hanging out with friends and family, including her two boys Ethan and Connor and their rescue dogs Max and Benji. Mindy also loves gardening, cooking, biking trails, hiking, traveling, yoga, and dancing.
