This patient came to our office complaining that her teeth were all different shapes and sizes. She wanted a beautiful smile that looked natural and uniform. We were able to give her what she was asking for with a combination of ceramic crowns and bridges and some minor gum recontouring. She was thrilled with the result.
In this case, our patient was unhappy with the position of her lower teeth and wanted them to appear straighter. She investigated orthodontics but wasn’t willing to invest in the time commitment that it required. We were able to do esthetic alignment changes with 6 porcelain veneers. She was very pleased not to have crowded teeth any longer.
This is a long-time patient in our practice that had porcelain fused to metal crowns placed on her front teeth in her youth. Over time her gums receded and her teeth wore, leaving her with dark crown margins and uneven edges. We were able to replace her old crowns with ceramic crowns to restore them to natural beauty and evenness.
In this case, decay was present at the margins of our patient’s old porcelain fused to metal crowns. She was displeased with the unevenness of the length of her teeth at the gumline. After a minor surgical gum procedure, new porcelain fused to metal crowns were done to protect and reestablish normal shape and shade to her smile.
This patient had old composite veneers that were staining and chipping, resulting in an irregular look to her front teeth. We removed the old materials and replaced them with ceramic veneers that would last decades longer and be more esthetic.
In this case, widespread decay had led to discoloration, pain and loss of confidence in smiling for our patient. All decay was removed and restored with composite filling material. A great result and a happy patient!
Old composite bonding on this patient’s front tooth was failing, resulting in mismatched teeth. We treated her to six porcelain veneers to restore natural shade and shape to her smile.
Unfortunately, poor dietary choices led this patient to widespread decay and erosion, exacerbated by grinding and clenching habits. We were able to give him his smile back with a combination of porcelain crowns and composite fillings. 15 years later his result looks the same!
A lifetime of grinding had led this patient to be dissatisfied with the wear on the edges of her teeth. We treated her front six teeth with porcelain veneers to give her a more shapely, youthful smile.
